Product Spotlight: Enhancements

Web Client
New enhancements mean that core ciboodle version 2.9 now:

  • Uses 65% less CPU time
  • 40% less bandwidth
  • Has a 20% lower memory footprint per user

These figures are based on our test runs on a Sun T5220 server. The exact figures will vary depending on the test scenario used, but the figures provided are representative of a typical core ciboodle based application.

Telephony
When logged into core ciboodle, an agent can now call a customer directly without having to first complete the customer identification process and security questions. This will allow the agents to quickly make additional calls to help resolve their currently open case.

Email Handling
Incoming emails that are not being received as part of a current case can now be previewed by an agent directly from the worklist, and then either associated with an existing case, or attached to a new case.

Visa LogoThe Logic Group, a verified by Visa organisation, provide 3-D secure services that ciboodle now complies with. This allows any solution we deliver the ability to easily gain the official Visa stamp of approval.
